Yes! Frontgate takes great pride in doing things right. We are licensed, insured and bonded. We pull the proper permits and inspection requirements according to location and make sure a follow up inspection is arranged if required.
Erik Swain, Owner of Frontgate is the general contractor on your job. From beginning to end he will be your go to guy. He will also assign an on-site project manager that will be monitoring the daily progress and onsite to answer any questions. Erik will be overseeing the overall project and checking in regularly with both his project manager and the client.
Frontgate employees and subcontractors who come into your home are skilled, friendly, and helpful. People who want to work with you to complete your vision of the project.
The consultation, design and construction time will depend on the size and scope of the project. We give you an estimate detailing every aspect of the project. Due to demand we often book out in advance. So be sure to secure your project on our calendar ahead of time.
