Erik Swain has had a passion for construction since he was a child. From Erector Sets and Lincoln Logs to Tinker Toys and Legos, he’s been constructing spaces for as long as he can remember.
After various roles working in construction, he co-founded Frontgate Construction in 2006. The company was formed from the merger of three separate companies—two roofing companies and one general contracting company. With a strong base of knowledge, experience and skill, Frontgate became a sought-after provider of interior and exterior construction for both residential and commercial properties.
In 2020, Erik became the sole owner of a new Frontgate when he launched Frontgate RPD. Through this company, he’s expanded his ability to create beautiful, functional spaces.
Erik and the team at Frontgate RPD are committed to their company mission… to build relationships through honesty and hard work.
Erik is a devoted husband and father. When he’s not working, you can find him at his cabin in the Adirondacks swimming, hiking, fishing, boating or skiing.
